http://www.cbc.ca/clips/ram-newsworld/10am_051225.ram is the 2005 one - you could rip it to wav with totalrecorder or something.

I am planning on using it as source material for some music, but not in a stupid way. I bought this record recently and am trying to figure out ways of developing the ideas that it contains. The queen's speech is an obvious place to start.
