more4 state of russia

hey there!

i suddenly foudn out that theres been a "state of russia" week on more4, whatever more4 is!

argh ive missed it all, despite my candymanesque habit of popping up where anything with "russia" in the title is involved.
has anyone been watching it? there was a film called "mamushka" that sounded good. it irritates me that i wont be able to see this - theres a bunch of good programming on tv for once and its lost for ever. i cant imagine that this will make any sort of release. uk nova only has one episode on.

in addition, the today programme had a segment on racism in russia, is there some sort of BBC russia thing going on?

UK Nova has more than one episode up, also if you read the description of one of them it says "Parts 3, 5 and 6 will probably be uploaded Sunday/Monday. So it doesn't look like you will actually have missed any of them.

many of things on more4/BBC4 are eventually broadcast late at night on C4/BBC2 so look out for it in the coming weeks. xp

TiVo does not necessarily require prior knowledge! You could tell your friendly TiVo that you were interested in Russia and then go away for a weekend, and when you came back you would find your favorite shows untaped because your TiVo has faithfully recorded two showings of From Russia with Love and a 12-part documentary series on the history of Russian dressing.
