"Hen fap" was a joke from an Onion article in the late 90s. It made headlines again in 2006 when posters on the "Aja/Dante" message board used it as a witty post-modern parody of "forced memes", and proceeded to insert it into conversation in places one would not normally expect to see it. It has no relation to plunging hens of any sort.
