There's a medical paper in anissue of Military Medicine journal called "Soft Palate Trauma Associated with Fellatio." Also, swallowing can lead to sinus infections if there's too much suction going on....gets in the sinus cavities. :P

300 people sampled, all with tonsils, 100 who already had throat cancer and 200 who had not. Kissing could not be ruled out as the mode of transmission. Probably not Bad Science, but inconclusive conjecture.

But experts said a larger study was needed to confirm the findings.
