I didn't realize until recently that Magic Eyes work their magic on computer screens as well as the printed form. Maybe that was obvious for everyone else but it was a happy surprise for me. I don't know about animated Magic Eyes though, that's probably a different story. Or - could it be the new frontier of tricking your brain?

I think I may have linked to that upthread, actually. I used to be a part of a small crew that contributed to that blog. It kinda morphed over time into a super awesome obscuro music blog, and I stopped contributing because I only know like two or three super awesome obscuro music releases! :/

i screwed up. i'm applying for jobs so i was checking to see what a google search for my name turned up. mostly clean, except for one old photobucket image that some stranger linked to that i don't remember ever posting that i'd rather not have associated with my name. so i hit the "scramble all filenames" option in an attempt to break the link (it didn't work). but it did break all the links to all of my old terrible images. the first part of my gif thread is a bunch of photobucket brokenlink kittens now (which is actually an improvement), but i forgot that it would ruin this thread too. this is what a lot of ILX will look like some day, once the common image hosting services go out of business. anyway, i ended up just ragedeleting my photobucket account but i saved the evil guide dog series first.

wow, thanks for finding those! most of the ones that i didn't post earlier today were just stills (one exception was the one with moving desks in the classroom that tom d mentioned). now that i think about it, i might also have them saved in an external hard drive somewhere. but maybe not - i was even worse at keeping a good archive of things 7 years ago than i am today
