discuss.

jess, Thursday, 21 March 2002 01:00 (twenty-four years ago)

Incorrect, sir. The world's greatest foodstuff is the burrito al pastor with avocado, as served at Tacqueria Cancun on Mission St. FACT.

Sean, Thursday, 21 March 2002 01:00 (twenty-four years ago)

what is that thing jess? it scares me

mark s, Thursday, 21 March 2002 01:00 (twenty-four years ago)

You've never ate CHIPWICH?!?! honestly, I think if you read the label on the side they are 47% of your daily limit on saturated fats.

Jess does have a finalist contender. I'd argue that cheese and girl scout cookies must be thrown into the ring. Also, bananas.

Chris, Thursday, 21 March 2002 01:00 (twenty-four years ago)

Jess - it looks like an alien spacecraft. Maybe alien spacecraft taste good, but ...?

Cheese in all it's forms is the greatest food stuff ever.

Anna, Thursday, 21 March 2002 01:00 (twenty-four years ago)

Since nobody likes my severed head thread, I'll just come over to jess' thread. If that's a Fat Ed's Super Saucer, it is fine indeed. However, coming in low over the horizon are...

firing lazer beams, leaving Fat Ed a steaming puddle of corn syrup.

Hunter, Thursday, 21 March 2002 01:00 (twenty-four years ago)

Drat. I can't make those picture things work!

Great minds think alike! They have Carvel in UK?

Kidding. Thanks.

Hunter, Thursday, 21 March 2002 01:00 (twenty-four years ago)

(you forgot the quotemarks """""""""""""""""""" always with the quotemarks """"""""""")

i would rather experience ethan's splintery be-beeed sodomising stick than put any of those objects in my mouth

mark s, Thursday, 21 March 2002 01:00 (twenty-four years ago)

This thread has already made me unutterably happy. Chipwiches are fine things.

To Sean -- your claim is well-founded but alas ultimately collapses against the might that *is* the Salty Fried Bean Curd at Vien Huong in Huntington Beach.

Ned Raggett, Thursday, 21 March 2002 01:00 (twenty-four years ago)

That must be one hell of a stick ethan's got, cuz those Chipwiches is good!

Hunter, Thursday, 21 March 2002 01:00 (twenty-four years ago)

I've never had a cheese and Girl scout cookie. I must admit that the concept frightens me.

it's the way the tongue seems to be hanging out that gets me.

Alan Trewartha, Friday, 22 March 2002 01:00 (twenty-four years ago)

It's a crystal meth kitty.

Nicole, Friday, 22 March 2002 01:00 (twenty-four years ago)

A high school friend and I used to load up on these things called creme hornes (at least I think it was spelld all exotik like that). We could only find them at this one gas station. For .99, you could get a package of two. They were basically stale croissants filled with lethal amounts of lard -- but the lard seemed too heavy to be real lard. So it might have been imitation lard. At the bottom of the package, a bizarre sticky substance that was sugary and orange/yellow would always settle. Anyhow, we'd eat these things and get really hyperactive. You could not pay me enough money to eat one of those things today.

Andy K, Friday, 22 March 2002 01:00 (twenty-four years ago)

So far, Rosemary wins. N. gets ten bazillion light-years in the penalty box for almost getting to make the worst joke EVAH.

Dan Perry, Friday, 22 March 2002 01:00 (twenty-four years ago)

It wasn't really a joke. [scratches head] Hang on - did you think I was making some kind of lame eating pussy gag? Yeach.

N., Friday, 22 March 2002 01:00 (twenty-four years ago)

Maybe you meant food stuffed into the world's greatest cat. Now that is lame.

Anyway, should you know?

Graham, Friday, 22 March 2002 01:00 (twenty-four years ago)

My post should read "... getting ME to make...". Hopefully that makes more sense. (And yes, it was the lame pussy-eating gag. Graham's comment is infinitely superior.)

Dan Perry, Friday, 22 March 2002 01:00 (twenty-four years ago)

It's a crystal meth kitty

I would think said kitty would then be very skinny.

Sean, Friday, 22 March 2002 01:00 (twenty-four years ago)

I like food that has the name of the food printed on it. Therefore, mark s wins.

Vinnie, Friday, 22 March 2002 01:00 (twenty-four years ago)

Mark S is not a food. Nor does he have his name printed on him (can you confirm this, Mark?)

N., Saturday, 23 March 2002 01:00 (twenty-four years ago)

1. true when tigers are not aprowl
2. true where only english is spoken

mark s, Saturday, 23 March 2002 01:00 (twenty-four years ago)

...but the lard seemed too heavy to be real lard

This thread has now exceeded my meagre mental powers.
