I shivered reading that on the bus this morning. I don't feel too optimistic for him when he gets released either . I hope that doesn't sound horrible but from the tone of the interview I couldn't help but think he's going to get himself back in trouble as soon as he's free.

It's really sad how they're releasing his albums as if he was dead already. And when he's like "E-40's on it?"... man....

Well...he brought it on himself. There is no telling how many other stories like his are out there, only perhaps even sadder. He had it and threw it away. Some people never had it. Of course, I just don't have much pity for a person with 13 children who doesn't take responsibility for them (or for that matter himself). However, I do believe that prison is no place for most non-violent drug offenders.

Drug addiction or mental illness can obviously impede a person's ability to take responsibility.

Excuses excuses, lock that one up.

But counseling should be provided of course.

Its all part of the transformation...He's gonna make it...It's tough but he is gonna cool out in the forests and hills and talk to God and the sky and stars again...somewhere in westcoast canada or something...or in the Uk...he needs to smoke good weed and have a chilled out studio...away from crazy parasites down in the cities...he's actually got a great voice and he's gotta work on that more seriously..have faith in the ODB...he is just having a 'have you foresaken me?' moment up on the bloody cross...it is tough but thats life...he's gonna come back with the best shit eva...spiritual ODB under a new moniker...i think ODB is no longer in some ways...cuz the wisdom is kicking in...me thinks he'll come back as his real name Unique...we'll wait and see...maybe a spoken word album...thats tha shit...
