after spending about 20 minutes figuring out what my username and password is (username is a memorable 12 string mix of letters and numbers) all i wanted to know if my driving licence details (penalty points in particular) which isn't available on my photocard.
i finally logged in (after answering 10 questions in order to reset my password). and to use the service, i needed BOTH reference numbers for my photocard and paper licence.

i want to hear some positive stories of someone who actually got something out of that website so i can be motivated to actually write down my username (and figure out how the fuck to change my password from the computer generated mix of letters and numbers sent to me in two parts)
