Robin, our "utopia" had long since turned into bearable hell. The nation's politicians have obviously decided that yet another piece of legislation would stop boys and girls from being naughty. Notice that it is 50 year old men passing this "rave law"? (dry tone) Bet their grandchildren would love it.

Mind you, the idea of John Ashcroft in leather trousers is scary enough to keep anyone out of the club....

The 1994 CJA over here (clause 63b everyone), just drove evryone underground or into the hands of the superclubs, but changed very little mainly becuase most UK police forces ignored it after the first couple of years. However US police appear to be much more brutal and much less resource poor....
