I just saw a guy in covent garden with a bicycle wheel spinning on his head, and it reminded me of a guy in Cambridge a couple of years ago who was sponsored by the arts council to change him name to 'modern art' and go around the city with various items strapped to his head, like raw chickens and maltloaf. Anyone else know of people like these who make a living from balancing stuff on their heads?

There was thousands of them in India. Especailly in the hills where transport is tricky. I saw guys in Darjeeling with entire filing cabinets basically balanced on their heads with a bit of rope. Fucking mental.

I make a living out of balancing weighty responsibilities on my shoulds. Is that the kind of thing you are after?

Tom balance my (sorry our) cake on his head in Bayeux. If he had dropped it I would've killed him, so I suppose stayed alive from balancing stuff on his head. Which isn't quite the same as making a living.
