He curls up on the mouse pad and purrs loudly, and even though I can't use the mouse I mustn't disturb him. His name is Noodle.

Dan I., Friday, 26 July 2002 00:00 (twenty-three years ago)

Do you know, I have stared lovingly at that adorable picture for about 30 seconds straight now. Top cute kitten so far! Possibly evah!

Archel, Friday, 26 July 2002 00:00 (twenty-three years ago)

Worrasweetbeastie. :-)

Ned Raggett, Friday, 26 July 2002 00:00 (twenty-three years ago)

awwwwwwwwwww!

Maria, Friday, 26 July 2002 00:00 (twenty-three years ago)

Looks like me, somehow.

DavidM, Friday, 26 July 2002 00:00 (twenty-three years ago)

I know this is an idiotic question, but how do you even post a picture? I know how to post picture from a webpage but don't know how if it's just on my computer, otherwise I'd show you all a picture of my new kitten.

Jade aka Nicole, Friday, 26 July 2002 00:00 (twenty-three years ago)

Jade's first object of business upon eviction = posting here! ;-)

You'd need to upload the picture first, Nicole...do you have free webspace anywhere through ComCast?

Ned Raggett, Friday, 26 July 2002 00:00 (twenty-three years ago)

mmmm bitesize

mark s, Friday, 26 July 2002 00:00 (twenty-three years ago)

You hungry lizard-man.

Ned Raggett, Friday, 26 July 2002 00:00 (twenty-three years ago)

does the kitty make meow

rainy, Friday, 26 July 2002 00:00 (twenty-three years ago)

Yes! They're so adorable before they get all old and fat and neglectful. Following one all over the house, getting under foot and jumping all over everything. They need to find some way to genetically modify cats to keep kitty personalities their whole lives.

six months pass...
ARGH! Random thread finder turned up this! I think I'm gonna choke on the twee! ARGH!

Nick Southall (Nick Southall), Thursday, 30 January 2003 14:42 (twenty-three years ago)

I have TWO cute kitties. So there! (ok, so one belongs to my bf, but we all live together, so I have 2 in the house)

Yesterday, when I walked into the kitchen, they were both leaning over their water bowl and sticking their paws in it. Then they looked up and saw me and ran away guiltily. Turned out they had put one of their mousie toys in there and were trying to fish it out.

Sarah McLusky (coco), Thursday, 30 January 2003 14:51 (twenty-three years ago)

There's nothing tweer than PRANCING X-BOXES.

Dan Perry (Dan Perry), Thursday, 30 January 2003 14:53 (twenty-three years ago)

X-Boxes are even crap at prancing hahaha

Microsoft originally boasted that the X-Box prancing capabilities were superior to the PS2 threefold

stevem (blueski), Thursday, 30 January 2003 15:53 (twenty-three years ago)

two months pass...
So my cat ran away last Christmas morning. How sad is that? He was the best cat ever, the kind I can honestly say I could never replace. My wife still cries whenever he gets brought up. *sigh*

Dan I., Sunday, 13 April 2003 23:46 (twenty-three years ago)

I found a kitten on Christmas once, and he died the following easter. I'm not making this up, he was like christ-kitten! I was quite young then and figured that maybe the cat died because I drew on him with a marker, that's not likely though is it? I hope not cos I'm still a bit guilty over it.

Ally (mlescaut), Sunday, 13 April 2003 23:49 (twenty-three years ago)

Wow, and I thought I was on a bummer right now. That's so sad.

j.lu (j.lu), Sunday, 13 April 2003 23:50 (twenty-three years ago)

=(

Curt1s St3ph3ns, Sunday, 13 April 2003 23:50 (twenty-three years ago)

wait, how did the cat run away?

Ally (mlescaut), Sunday, 13 April 2003 23:52 (twenty-three years ago)

We were at my in-laws in the country and my brother got up that morning and let the cat out. Not a big deal because it had gone out several times before and always came back, but this time it didn't come back. I think maybe the baby jesus ate him.

Dan I., Monday, 14 April 2003 00:05 (twenty-three years ago)

I heard that he kills kittens when people masturbate, you should talk to your brother about that.

(I'm really sorry though, that's terrible and sad, I wonder where it really did go off to)

Ally (mlescaut), Monday, 14 April 2003 00:09 (twenty-three years ago)

I've always hoped that he made it through the Minnesota winter somehow. He was the kind of cat that I don't think would go to someone's house for help, I think he'd rather have gone feral.

Dan I., Monday, 14 April 2003 00:22 (twenty-three years ago)

Was there a farm nearby? He probably setteld down in a nearby barn (which must seem like a free mouse factory to cats).

Dan Perry (Dan Perry), Monday, 14 April 2003 00:30 (twenty-three years ago)

Only to cats?!

Ally (mlescaut), Monday, 14 April 2003 00:31 (twenty-three years ago)

Nope, only woods all around.

Dan I., Monday, 14 April 2003 00:35 (twenty-three years ago)

Sorry to hear that, Dan I. My kitten died last October and it still hurts a lot just thinking about him.

Nicole (Nicole), Monday, 14 April 2003 00:36 (twenty-three years ago)

Every time we go up there I'm always expecting him to just kind've stroll out of the woods, maybe missing an ear or something.

Dan I., Monday, 14 April 2003 00:36 (twenty-three years ago)

A Nairn (moretap), Monday, 14 April 2003 00:54 (twenty-three years ago)

This picture reminds me of Jacob's Ladder, don't know why

Wintermute (Wintermute), Monday, 14 April 2003 02:17 (twenty-three years ago)

Jacob's Kitty!

Dan Perry (Dan Perry), Monday, 14 April 2003 02:18 (twenty-three years ago)

The cat on its back has has fingers. Surreal!

Wintermute (Wintermute), Monday, 14 April 2003 02:19 (twenty-three years ago)

JACOB'S LADDER? I'm virtually incontinent over this.

http://bitchcakes.topcities.com/images/evilkitty2.jpg

That's my kitty.

Ally (mlescaut), Monday, 14 April 2003 02:20 (twenty-three years ago)

Jesus God, THOSE EYES!

rosemary (rosemary), Monday, 14 April 2003 02:22 (twenty-three years ago)

Frank Herbert's Cat of Dune.

Ally (mlescaut), Monday, 14 April 2003 02:24 (twenty-three years ago)

Cute kitties, A Nairn! Nick's kitty spends quite a bit of time on her back with all her paws sprawled out in the air looking at us upside down.

Sarah McLusky (coco), Monday, 14 April 2003 12:03 (twenty-three years ago)

I have one called Mia (a tri-colour), one called Tundy (a ginger) and I had a little black fluffy one called Soseki, but I lost him in custody battle with the de facto. I miss that little guy!

Wouldn't you like to know (Amused), Monday, 14 April 2003 12:05 (twenty-three years ago)

Is Soseki named after the Japanese novelist?

Martin Skidmore (Martin Skidmore), Monday, 14 April 2003 16:41 (twenty-three years ago)

six years pass...

lately my kitty will come right up to me when i'm lying in bed and put his head on my shoulder and paws around my arm.

ian, Monday, 14 December 2009 06:12 (sixteen years ago)

my cat is a total spooner. the minute I get into the bed, he jumps up and finds a crook in my legs to lay against. best cat ever

Stormy Davis, Monday, 14 December 2009 06:26 (sixteen years ago)

Mine does that, too, but she's hardly the best cat ever. She doesn't just desire my attention, she DEMANDS my attention. When I get into bed, she begins a series of athletic FLINGS of her body against own, lying on top of me in every way she can think of. She would stretch her vastness across my face and suffocate me if she though it might get her ears scratched. She is an aggressive animal. And that's just because she LIKES me. If she doesn't like you, she will have no qualms with trying to extract a Shakespearean pound of flesh.

I really kind of hate my cat. It's not even my fucking cat. It was abandoned into my care. Normally this would be fine, but I got stuck with the meanest motherfucker you've ever seen.

kenan, Monday, 14 December 2009 06:36 (sixteen years ago)

But, more on topic... she is very cute. Really.
