It's interesting to watch the panic moves being considered now on the part of big business. I sense a shift on the RIAA's apart away from Napster-targeting to consumer-targeting directly -- and I can't WAIT to see how they're going to try and explain enforcement.

How is it that that can be considered legal? I don't know enough about particular laws or the constitution but isn't there something somewhere saying that's unacceptable?
