Down in the studio today, I caused quite a rukus. The clients were getting payed, but had not yet recieved their checks. It's a great time to cause outbursts of happy tension, so we all broke into a refrain of Stand by your man. I was plesed.

Next, I started in on the Cops theme song. But when I got to the "chocky no gimmie no break" part, everyone looked at me funny.

Isn't that what they're saying? And if they are, what does it mean?

"chocky" refers to the police. In Jamaica, the police are reffered to as this because its short for Chocolate , which the cops are called because they wear brown, chocolate colored hats.

I know mike. Let's forget I ever wrote that, Deanair. I wasn't all that serious. How can I be? After all, it's just cyber chat. But it t'was uncouth to air my passing thoughts so freely. I guess I was just feeling attacked, so I thought I'd cause you some dramatic trouble. Quite "private school girl" of me. So
