I would like to eat less meat. Tofu and I are not on good terms tho, so it is hard. And beans, well. There is enough farting in this house.

Indian food is a good way to eat without meat, all that curry enlivens the vege! And yeah beans beans, are good for your farts, but there are ways to reduce the gasses. Asfodeita powder, soaking and rinsing the legumes lots, pinch of bicarb in the cooking water.
That said there is an italian dish called "Lampe et Tuome" (sp?) which is "thunder and lightning" - its chickpeas and chilli, haha. Thunderous gasses and fire!

I had a period during teen hood and early twenties and then said screw it when I remembered that fried chicken was good.I'm not really fond of the other red and white meats but I'm crazy as hell over fried or BBQ chicken.
