One new planet? One? They're discovering them in bulk now, none of this one at a time nonsense! There's apparently a huge gas giant, much bigger than Jupiter, a thousand times as far away as Pluto, which is itself ludicrously far out. It's not directly visible (at that distance, there's not a lot of sunlight to reflect) but its gravity perturbs the orbits of comets with particularly extreme paths.
