Favourite rap verse on an R&B track

On the Singles of the Year thread, Sterling talks about how good Clipse's rap on "Like I Love You" and Rakim's rap on "Addictive" are, reminding me to start this thread about how some of the best raps these days tend to appear on otherwise predominantly r&b singles. Is it just the concentration of good stuff into a short timespan? The heightened contrast of rapping versus singing? The lack of a need for a narrative, or even any connection however remote to the subject matter of the song?

And, most importantly, what are your favourites?

I like the compact narrative deal in guest verses which condenses all the good stuff.

Missy on the Carly Simon rework, which I otherwise totally forget. Was that Janet's go deep?
