When I listen to the Pogues I want to get so drunk I piss my pants. Is this normal?

I always want to sip whisky when listening to Sandy Denny. Maybe because she's holding a glass on the front cover of 'Listen Listen'.

For me it is more the inverse. I only listen to The Pogues when I have to which usually is in Irish pubs. Where I then get drunk. Not so sure if I get drunk of The Pogues though. But they definitely don't help me in staying sober.

Firewater's first album had kind of a wobbly, slurred drunken thing going. And Crooked Fingers reminds me a little of early Tom Waits, particularly during his alcoholic boho phase.
