i eat: a lot of horseradish sauce = orthrelm / flying luttenbachers;
i eat: grapefruit juice/ banana smoothie w/ load of nutmeg = gyorgy ligeti / anton webern
i eat: great big mackerel chillies i have cooked with apricot jam = ornette coleman / cecil taylor
is it a kind of synaesthesiac thing?

Steak: medium well, pref. with lots of black pepper involved
Pizza: Jalapenos a must
Ramen: Korean brands are better, esp. Shin Ramyun (spicee!)
Popcorn: no butter please
Potato Chips: Kettle style only
Beer: I'm a lager man really, but Newcastle/Mackeson's XXX are always welcome
Also lots of wasabi when I eat sushi.

That means I like Detroit Techno and 80s Synthpop above all else, even The Police. Right? Or should I be eating something else?
