Erk, I can't believe the shit I've said I liked on here. Tom, is it possible to erase every post of mine before, oh, June of this year?

This happen to anyone else?

i think my cake taker was when i read 11-30-2002 on a thurston moore photo that gygax posted and i thought that was december 30, 2002... and therefore thinking it was in the future.

I don't get embarassed, even when Otis and I took our private friends spat to the boards and railed on each other in every thread - after all, it was our obnoxiousness that spawned ILE, so obviously us at our worst was good for something.

I don't get embarrassed at what I've said I liked, but I do get embarrassed about a fair few of my old posts. A lot of vague waffling on subjects I only have a minor interst in, it must be said. And, yes, I like Sigur Ros.

i'd like my introduce yourself post to be completely erased. i sound like a born-again popist, "i have seen the light" bollox. it's embarrassing. as is my inclusion of neil young in my "aren't i eclectic?" likes list. why did i put that? i mean, i quite like some of his stuff - "the needle and the damage done", "expecting to fly" and "cortez the killer" are good but i don't want it to look more than it is, you know?

when your private fueds are nominated as "worst thread of the year" and then get PULLED from the nominations due to threats of legal action, well... then i think it's stepped over a certain line.

i'm sure i'll probably feel this way about the julian casablancas' ass threads in a few months... then again, nah, probably not.
