How has the psychology of groups contributed to the effective development of modern organisational practices e.g team working

The outspoken drive the team. Maybe that's a good thing (i.e. survival of the fittest, charismatic leadership) or maybe not (i.e. the most outspoken are the worst listeners & may not have the best ideas.)

.. how this relates to music, I'm not sure ... I guess it could relate to record charts ...

i dunno... i like alexander spence's "oar" a lot more than moby grape or jefferson starship... perhaps he's an example of least outspoken of the group with the best ideas...

then again... playing music is very much akin to having sex..... are you hired talent... or is this a partnership where communication is key?

i guess the big question is, even if the band is happy, does that mean the audience gets off?
