"Cry Me A River" remix feat. 50 cent -- joke or WHAT?

Like the title sez -- he yips, howls, acts a fool over the track and makes sleazy comments, then drops like the lamest four line rap ever and thats it.

I almost get the feeling Murder Inc. put this out as a parody of 50 cent's mixtape style. Is this for real, and can we expect more major label 50 cent remixes of this caliber in the future?

I mean i think its very funny, so I hope its intended in that vein.ü

it's pretty silly. it just sounds like someone put an old 50 cent acapella over beginning and end of 'cry me a river.' the two parts are completely mismatched and unaware of each other. it isn't really anything.µ©

haha what do you make of this then:

"Speaking of Lif.....There's a remix to "In Da Club" by 50 Cent. It's produced by RJD2, to make it even better Cann Ox and Mr Lif are rapping on it. Have any of you heard it? I haven't heard it myself, but I hear it's REAL HOT!!"

This means we are ONE STEP CLOSER to an El-P/Eminem collaboration and, therefore, GALACTIC APOCALYPSE.

(note: I woke up in the middle of the night really really thirsty so that might explain the tone of this post)

Minna, as much as I'd love to believe that exists, I think you got hoodwinked.

Apparently that's exactly what it is - didn't 50 Cent disown this in the last XXL? Even so, I still can't figure out where the "50 Cent... Justin Timberlake... ha ha!" spoken word bit at the end might've come from.

worst. remix. ever.

Someone hasn't heard Fatboy Slim pissing on the Mock Turtles.

It bugs me a little: the track is this pristine, precise thing, so having 50 Cent clown all over it doesn't seem to serve either purpose. Also his break means removal of the big "BOOM ... OH!" damage-is-done bit, which is my favorite part.

And if you really wanted to put a rapper in there it'd work so terrifically with ... well, anyone with a crisper, less active style: I was gonna say an undie type like Lif or MF Doom or something, but actually just Nas would be great. It seems instead like Justin's always got to be hooked up with the latest-breaking rap blowup, and this weird joke of a remix was the best way they could figure out to do it.

hEY ON THAT TRACK ON THE CRY ME A RIVER REMIX. tHERE ARE TWO VERSION THE FIRST ONE THAT WAS RELEASED WAS SOOOOOOOOOO BOOTLEG IT SOUNDED HORRIBLE. bUT THE SECOND ONE THAT WAS RELEASED AFTER JUSTIN AND 50 CENT TALKED AND DECIDED TO MAKE A STUDIO VERSION. tHE FIRST VERSE AIN'T ALL THAT FOR 50 CENT BUT THE MIDDLE FLOW I THOUGHT WAS OFF THE HOOK WITH THAT SONG. YEAH FOR SURE HE COULD HAVE CUT DOWN A LITTLE BIT ON THE HOWL BUT 50 AND JUSTIN ARE TALKING ABOUT HITTING A DIFFERENT CALLABO TOGETHER. SO OVER ALL THE SONG I THOUGHT WAS A HIT AND WE WILL JUST WAIT AND SEE HOW JUSTIN AND 50 CENT COME OUT. BUT JUSTIN PRETTY MUCH HAS BEEN EXCEPTED BY THE HIP-HOP AND R&B GENRE. AND WAITING TO SEE HOW THAT SONG "LOVE DON'T LOVE ME" BY JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE THAT WAS PRODUCED BY P.DIDDY COMES OUT AND DOES ON THE NET. I HAVEN'T HEARD IT YET. IF YOU HAVE RESPOND AND LET ME KNOW IF IT IS ANY GOOD.
