Ars-Nova: Russian domestics?

There's this one store I go into every so often which carries a number of used CDs, the most intriguing of which are CDs by people like Barry Adamson, Can, etc--the same albums as released elsewhere, but on a small Russian imprint called Ars-Nova. Does anyone know anything about the label? Are these legitimately licensed items? Is the sound quality okay? The price certainly seems to be right, at any rate.

I was recently in russia and got some muslimgauze stuff on Ars Nova. They may well be legit but the copies i got possibly aren't. However they were the best quality dodgy CDs I've ever bought, with inlay printed on proper glossy paper, decent soaund quality. There's an email on the back [email protected]. So you may like to enquire there. I paid about £1 a CD. PS what is legit in Russia is what you pay the police to be alowed to do.
