I'm new here, forgive me for not doing this earlier and allow me to extend the courtesy of a proper introduction.

I live in Warwick, RI. I'm an artist(painter) and I do have a day job. I was born in 1964 and I, like The King Of Pop, plan to live forever, or until George W gets us all blowed up. Whichever comes first. My wife and two kids and I love music, although I don't know if Tool is appropriate for 6 and 4 year olds. My wife is sure we're doing something awful to them.
I've never written for any music publication, but I did write and illustrate my own rock mag back in 9th grade. It was like a cooler, better illustrated version of Creem. :)
Not having any older siblings, and parents who strictly listened to classical music, I had to discover rock music on my own, which probably explains my weird tastes.
Besides music and painting, I like breathing, Harpoon, and cheesy science fiction movies. When I grow up, I want to be an Atheist.
