Tom, you really have to sort out your 'necessary'/'neccessary' spelling quirk. Or is it now your 'thing'?

Oh goody! They seem to have completely skipped over the February issue in the Brookes library.

Does it really end with Reach? How does that work?

It's the credits-rolling song, like, THE IRONY MAN or something cos this happy pop song is actually really sad cos it replaced all that great Britpop.

I liked this article very much.

i was just thinking if they HAD focussed more on the POP in Britpop would this really have made for a better story? I'd assumed the underlying ethos behind the film was the supposed 'rebellion' spirit of Britpop and how the likes of Oasis were the 'antidote' to Take That and the Spice Girls i.e. mainstream manufactured pop tyranny - is this not the case? if so then it seems like they're trying to avoid telling the story of British music of the late 90s because obviously thats going to include more dance and more pop and perhaps dilute the whole idea - and telling a story of 90s British music in general wouldn't be THAT interesting, would it? (I know someone who is writing a book about just that funnily enough)

one month passes...
Does anyone know if it`s due to released on DVD or VHS anytime soon?

BTW, about time someone made a documentary on britpop. I live in Finland, where the thing was a real scene, for a brief moment it was all fresh, liberated people to listen to all kinds of new stuff. nuff said
