I was wondering the name of the artist in the Gap (clothing) commerical where the girl she is walking and she kicks water up from the gutter and it just came out about a month ago 2003

It was originally a Simon and Garfunkel tune which Harpers covered.

Incidentally, the original is one of the first pieces of music I really loved, somewhat subsequent to "Bad Bad Leroy Brown" which I had a fling with and Elvis who I liked in principle and Chuck Berry who I loved in practice but generally rather than a specific track and Debbie Gibson's "Foolish Beat" which I loved but not that much.
