dont know *anything* about this fella,
but saw his video for a new song last night
and it looked/sounded kind of weird and cool.
his record was nominated for a mercury if memory serves (?)
this song last night was ' a day like today'.
now if that's his *most* experimental song
then he's all turin brakes-y i'd imagine,
but if that's his *least* experimental song
and this is like
his only pop moment ever or something, then
anything's possible.
but which is it ?
is he like badly drawn boy ?
the video was expensive looking.

I've listened to the album... it has mild potential. Repeat, mild. He does sound like the I Am Turin Drawn Kloot Rushplay at times, though.
