I once saw Zack De La Rocha in Selfridges. Miss Selfridge, to be exact. I have no idea what either of us was doing there.

Fuckin amazing. Shadow's beats are so much more appropriate for Zack's style than RATM ever was. Fucking A! Astounding!

I think the only issue here is, what is bitpimps.com? They hosted the bboys track as well...

Super track -- Tx.

On first listen it's my "single of the year" so far. Which surprises me as it's very "un-me"

Lynskey (Lynskey), Friday, 21 March 2003 16:18 (twenty-three years ago)

I've listened to it 5 times now. That bassline is just monstrous and cruncheriffic. Zack NEVER ONCE sounded as good in RATM as he does here.

<>what is bitpimps.com?<>

They're about "having fun", apparently.

JoB (JoB), Friday, 21 March 2003 16:58 (twenty-three years ago)

Fritz Wollner (Fritz), Friday, 21 March 2003 17:08 (twenty-three years ago)

anyone else having trouble with that link? anywhere else i can find it?

Fritz Wollner (Fritz), Friday, 21 March 2003 17:16 (twenty-three years ago)

I have to say I'm surprised to hear de la Rocha say: "Saddam harbors weapons of mass destruction/ if he does not disarm, we should disarm him/ this is a man who has gassed his own people/ there should be a regime change." That just doesn't sound like him at all, but then, I'm not really familiar w/ RATM's stuff.

This is so much better than anything Rage Against the Machine ever did that it isn't even funny.

Evan (Evan), Saturday, 22 March 2003 20:21 (twenty-three years ago)

It's not very good.

It sounds amazingly like a remix of a RATM song.

Did Zak tell the RATM bassist what to play?
