'Superword' = distillation of a 'use other fact' fact, eg - well really a 'super3words' - 'MRR Letters Page'

Did BC add the 'butt' where the 'roll' used to be? 'Cept they stuck it on the front. I think that's what I meant

What is this all about? Really. I've missed something but can someone explain all this 'other fact' nonsense?

MMR is maximum rock'n'roll right?

Led Zeppelin take Bad Co. BTW.

Key point here is that Bad Company were what Mick Ralphs left Mott The Hoople for, so very dud indeed.

If The Firm is the middle ground between the two, then it's got to be Led Zeppelin.

Bad Company modern day live videos are the worst thing on VH1 Classic (Aside from James Taylor videos). Paul Rodgers strutting around in a fishnet shirt cockily announcing that he's a ramblin man who's never gonna be held down cuz he's so bad while his band lopes along behind him.

What the fuck? The funky/pretty hobbits of Led Zeppelin have this thing locked.

I remember Paul Rodgers used to always win in the Best Chest category of the year-end reader's poll in Circus. Robert Plant did pretty well, too. And Jim Dandy Mangrum.

Well at least you attempted to actually answer dave q's q. I say no to da butt; too much rhythmic combustion occuring on those albums. That plus lack of a full-time keyboard player and the fact that all players descended from groups with lots of cred. And yes, the Swan Song affiliation makes them cool.

fvuck bad co.

thomas de'aguirre (biteylove), Tuesday, 25 March 2003 03:02 (twenty-three years ago)

tho they used steel drums in silver and gold before it was cool...
more annoying a lead singer than that fat fvuck rogers i know not

thomas de'aguirre (biteylove), Tuesday, 25 March 2003 03:08 (twenty-three years ago)

Obviously the new Bad Company, the one that mostly uses that symbol now instead of the name, are terrific.

Martin Skidmore (Martin Skidmore), Tuesday, 25 March 2003 21:40 (twenty-three years ago)

Maybe if Bad Company did a little more dabbling in the occult and employed the services of My Sweet Satan, I'd give more a crap about them....because otherwise, I find them as dull as last week's dishwater.

Zeppelin are so far above Bad Co.'s yawnsome bar-band bluster it's not even within the realm of mortal cognizance.

'Live for the Music' vs 'Honor the Fire'!

i will live to regret this..., Tuesday, 25 March 2003 22:24 (twenty-three years ago)

Please, in the name of all that is (un)holy, do not deign to invoke any mention of Killing Joke on a thread polluted by Bad Company.

Thank you.

I find this phrase very arousing, on several levels.
