....there are re-issued, re-packaged albums from both Cop Shoot Cop and Killing Joke on the way (in England, anyway). In the case of Cop Shoot Cop, I talked to Tod [A]shley (ex lead singer) who knew nothing about it (although Big Cat UK apparently still own the rights to the albums in question). Is there a European mag like Ice listing all releases and reissues?

Probably closest is Music Week - comes out each week - is a trade mag, but they have zilch info on their website.
On my weblog i collate info on new/forthcoming releases including some reissues that reflect the areas of music that interest me.
