No she doesn't consider herself to be *that* pretentious, just finds it a bit droll. Yes, I like music--enough to want to write about it, which I do for City Pages, soon the Nashville Scene, Big Takeover, and more zines. I'm a Minneapolis college radio brat and record store clerk. I like garage rock (of the Nuggets variety), Billy Childish, Brit punks and New Zealand poppers. I'm a sponge for rock criticism, and I wake up early on Wednesdays so I can read weeklies. Maybe I'll learn something...
