Spalding Rockwell and A.R.E. Weapons Show

I got to see them with A.R.E. Weapons in Chicago last week and was very impressed. Bought one of their CDs-an EP coming out on Larry Tee's label. And it is amazing. Forget about most of the fluff he puts out, this stuff is killer. Anybody know about their punk album they put out. By the way, the weapons were killer also. I don't think people fully understand them. People were booing them and someone threw a bottle at them on stage. These people were there to see two Chicago self-masturbatory bands Pelican and Mile Marker. The Chicago scene is pretty weak. So after they booed and left there were about 25 people there to watch. They played Lovin' Spoonful 'Summer in the city' nice cover. They seemed very down to earth too, unlike the hype the write about in the magazines. Great show. Did anybody else catch a show?
