Who best to release their version of the "Commercial Album"?

Last night, listening the the Residents' "Commercial Album" (40 one-minute songs) for the first time in a while, I tried to think of a current artist or group for whom this format would be well suited.
I wasn't satisfied with any of my suggestions.

What'd'ya think?
