Does a Dizzee Rascal song sample Billy Squier?

Um...I have still not heard Dizee Rascal, but a friend of mine did on college radio and swears it sounded like it used a B. Squier sample? Is this true? that would be very cool.

I like Billy Squier alot....he's occupies a wierd space between new wave, MOR radio acts like REO Speedwagon, Journey, and hard rock....he would still get respect from metal guys though.
