Looking for a song that includes the phrases:

"Like the man on the moon, we've just been introduced" (British male - Pet Shop Boy-ish)
[chorus] "Shall we dance?... do you wanna dance with me?" (Envogue like sound)

This song should be from the mid to late 80s (I think).

It's a Malcom Mclaren tune called 'Shall We Dance' (oddly) :)
