i like scores that are really distinctive and become like a supporting character: the zither in "The Third Man", the plinking piano in "Eyes Wide Shut", and the awesome Ennio Morricone score for "The Untouchables", for starters.

I love soundtracks.

I like the old Bedazzled OST by Dudley Moore. Ace lounge and fuckin' krezzy man. Great comedy too.

Lalo Schifrin is probably my fave across the board soundtrack composer. Bullitt = superb.

My favorite 7" soundtrack is Serge Gainsbourg's Le Pacha. It has "Requiem por un con" and a groovy sitar track on the B side.

But I really, really would like a copy of Gainsbourg's "Anna."

Lots of great ones from the late 60's and early 70's. I could talk about it for a long time.

"Listening to the "All The Real Girls" soundtrack now. Loving it."
really the perfect soundtrack for a perfectly executed movie. it's a shame the ST doesn't have "the moon is down" by explosions in the sky on it though.
