Very little voice on top of stupid dance beats. It's a good beat for a drag queen to just march around to. In fact, I heard this song when a drag queen was marching around to it. It's a man's voice or a deep woman's voice. The words are stretched out and there is a lot of space between the words. Most of the song is just this person repeating "ex ex ex excuse me." It's all a build up for the last line of the song, "Excuse me, everybody. I FOUND my glasses." (At which point the drag queen presents said glasses).

I'm almost certain this is Frankie Fuentes (sometimes Franklin Fuentes). I had a couple of his 12"s on Strictly Rhythm including the awesome "Tyler Moore (Mary)".
