Lil' Fancy Kpants (ex machina), Thursday, 8 April 2004 19:29 (twenty-two years ago)

dean! (deangulberry), Thursday, 8 April 2004 19:35 (twenty-two years ago)

Lil' Fancy Kpants (ex machina), Thursday, 8 April 2004 19:41 (twenty-two years ago)

I have everything there except Super Roots 6 and Onanie Bomb Meets The Sex Pistols.

Also, is Rebore 2 any good?

Lil' Fancy Kpants (ex machina), Thursday, 8 April 2004 19:45 (twenty-two years ago)

It still makes me happy that I bought 'Chocolate Synthesizer' for 92 cents.

dean! (deangulberry), Thursday, 8 April 2004 19:46 (twenty-two years ago)

Chocolate Synthesizer is my first name on Friendster. Also, my "band" is covering Acid Police!!!!!!!!!!!!!! whoa

Lil' Fancy Kpants (ex machina), Thursday, 8 April 2004 19:50 (twenty-two years ago)

i'd get super roots 6 first JON.

gygax! (gygax!), Thursday, 8 April 2004 19:55 (twenty-two years ago)

Ok, also, any hints on other weird crap I can get cheap?

Lil' Fancy Kpants (ex machina), Thursday, 8 April 2004 19:56 (twenty-two years ago)

You really do need SR6. I'd recommend the Naked City stuff too.

dean! (deangulberry), Thursday, 8 April 2004 20:00 (twenty-two years ago)

I have the Black Box (Leng T'che + Torture Garden).

Also does Pop Kiss = Super Roots 1?

Is that unused? Someone is a moron!

Lil' Fancy Kpants (ex machina), Thursday, 8 April 2004 20:07 (twenty-two years ago)

i bought VCN new for $14 from some avant-jazz store with a hella pretentious clerk on the bowery in nyc. and it wasn't marked down or anything.

m., Thursday, 8 April 2004 20:15 (twenty-two years ago)

Vision Creation Newsun is the greatest record of this generation.

Lil' Fancy Kpants (ex machina), Thursday, 8 April 2004 20:16 (twenty-two years ago)

and it also was printed in the US, hence the american pricing.

sexyDancer, Thursday, 8 April 2004 21:30 (twenty-two years ago)

EYE'S SMACK HABIT
wait, is this common knowledge?

my name is limitless, Friday, 9 April 2004 18:58 (twenty-two years ago)

JONN, have you bathed yet?

dean! (deangulberry), Friday, 9 April 2004 18:59 (twenty-two years ago)

yes, i smell good

Lil' Fancy Kpants (The K is Silent) (ex machina), Friday, 9 April 2004 19:02 (twenty-two years ago)

i'm not john! but please tell me eye's not a junky?!

my name is limitless, Friday, 9 April 2004 19:03 (twenty-two years ago)

I'm sure Eye spends all his money on designer drugs, overpriced music of questionable value and crappy musical gear.

Lil' Fancy Kpants (The K is Silent) (ex machina), Friday, 9 April 2004 19:06 (twenty-two years ago)

I'm glad, j'n. I was w'rried.

dean! (deangulberry), Friday, 9 April 2004 19:26 (twenty-two years ago)

Aren't drugs near impossible to get in Japan?

sexyDancer, Friday, 9 April 2004 19:34 (twenty-two years ago)

I think mushrooms are easy to get actually.

o. nate (onate), Friday, 9 April 2004 19:55 (twenty-two years ago)

Yea I have some omoide hatoba 7"... hmmm

Lil' Fancy Kpants (The K is Silent) (ex machina), Friday, 9 April 2004 20:01 (twenty-two years ago)

That CD is well worth the $12 - it's more of the weird noise freak-out "Soul Discharge" era Boredoms thing - though without Eye on it, of course. Still, one of Seiichi's better efforts.

o. nate (onate), Friday, 9 April 2004 20:05 (twenty-two years ago)

They need more versions of ACID POLICE. I would buy a CD of that song for 60 minutes.

Lil' Fancy Kpants (The K is Silent) (ex machina), Friday, 9 April 2004 20:10 (twenty-two years ago)

Yeah, I can vouch for Mantako - it's great. I think its the best Hatoba record.

Broheems (diamond), Friday, 9 April 2004 20:10 (twenty-two years ago)

Yeah, either that one or Black Hawaii or Suichu Joe - tough call for me.

o. nate (onate), Friday, 9 April 2004 20:14 (twenty-two years ago)

I can get Super Roots for $5.99 at my local record store. Do I do it? I have Super AE, VCN, Rebore v. 0, and Super Roots 7 already. The earlier stuff totally unexplored territory for me, though.

stephen morris, Friday, 9 April 2004 20:30 (twenty-two years ago)

Super Roots 1 is ok, go for it. Chocolate Synth. and Soul Discharge are my favorite early shit.

Lil' Fancy Kpants (The K is Silent) (ex machina), Friday, 9 April 2004 20:31 (twenty-two years ago)

I'm a broke little teenager, tho, so it'll come down to eating or buying that. Which do I go for? I think I might be able to stop eating and just subsist on Boredoms, but I'm not sure I'm ready to make that transition yet.

stephen morris, Friday, 9 April 2004 20:34 (twenty-two years ago)

Are you my little brother?

Lil' Fancy Kpants (The K is Silent) (ex machina), Friday, 9 April 2004 20:37 (twenty-two years ago)

As long as you're not going to give me noogies all the time.

stephen morris, Friday, 9 April 2004 20:38 (twenty-two years ago)

jon doesn't give noogies, but he'll punch you in the nuts.

Ian Johnson (orion), Saturday, 10 April 2004 05:59 (twenty-two years ago)

The Boredoms' albums cost $14.98 on amazon.com

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/search-handle-form/102-1067152-6436125

however, the Boredoms albums cost $25 in Japan. so you're lucky.
