Mudhoney's My Brother The Cow replays backwards on the last track

on the SST cassette of Sonic Youth's self-titled EP, the A side is the original EP, and the B side is it backwards, complete with the tracklisting printed backwards on that side of the tape

best example of this that i can remember was a tape called 'subliminal' by the evolution control committee. more than ten subliminal and self-help tapes were dubbed on top of each other on side one so you could simultanously lose weight, stop smoking, learn spanish etc etc. side two was the same thing backwards, so listening to it should help you gain weight, start smoking and forget spanish etc!

Husker Du's 'Zen Arcade' has 'Dreams Reocurring' & 'Reocurring Dreams'(or 'Recurring', depending on whether you read the tracklisting on the record label or the sleeve), one of which is a portion of the longer track played backwards.

Not sure if individual songs with backwards parts qualify here. But if they do: The first 15 seconds or so Queen's "Ogre Battle" is played backwards, then stops and replays the 15 seconds again properly. If I'm not explaining it too well, just think of it as the same as the Husker Du track already mentioned, only the backwards portion is part of the song itself, rather than being a completely separate track.

Seems I recall that the Skids had a song on one of their albums wherein the singer sang over a backing track of an entire song played backwards. Couldn't tell you the name of the song, or even the album at this point.

Whatever happened to the singer from Skids? Richard something, I think. We all know what happened to Stuart Adamson, but what about that guy?

pher, the track is called 'Hand Made' and it's actually by ECD.

Flipper's Guitar - 'The World Tower' on Dr Head's World Tower samples most if not all the album during the final lead-out chorus and plays the samples backwards. It ends with a reversed 'Dolphin Song' and then a piano sample.
