Remember Me is a stonking tune - what are they like live?

I saw them live. It was a good show. There was nothing unexpected, but they had lot's of energy and professionalism.

I also like their album, but it fades a bit toward the end (or I loose interest).

I loved the album a ton last year, but barely remember anything about it now. Sort of sad, really.

Saw them twice last year - once at the beginning supporting Flaming Lips when they were gloriously chaotic and full of ideas but lacking confidence, especially the vocalist; and once to towards the end of the year when they'd tightened up immeasurably but at the cost of some of the sparky unpredictability and the vocalist was starting to cound a bit too bombastic.

My guess is that they peaked around June last year!

they remind me a bit of a band called the bigger the god - does anyone remember them?

i like the way the vocalist yan has that thousand yard stare (induced by amphetamines or mania or both?).

I don't really know their music that well but Remember Me is so good - better than what I've heard by the more hyped Franz Fedinand - who seem to share a similar aesthetic to be getting - is this down to the fact that FF have a cuter/more androgynous lead singer?

what happened to clearlake while we're on the subject of great white indie hopes?
