Stylish isn't a word I'd tend to use to describe music, but I suppose stylish music would be music that commits strongly to a polished or sophisticated aesthetic. As in Lil Jon commits strongly to an aesthetic, but a deliberately crude one, so he isn't stylish.
Jay Z on the other hand, is pretty stylish.
Stylish doesn't just mean fashionable, either, but it definitely has to have a strong and defined aesthetic.
