It's like an old childhood toy - it's comforting in a nostalgic way but it still smells like 80's piss.

I was surprised by how... weird this song was when I last heard it. It's not as light as you'd expect from singing footballers.

Didn't Waddle do some sort of French rap tune when he moved abroad?

'...cold as ice, to me...'

Darling I Loooove You...

Chrissy looked uncomfortable on TOTP. Glenn looked as mad as a chair. Great mullets.

DARLING I LOVE YOU

I'LL ALWAYS WANT YOOOOOOOOOOOOOU

Just for that brazen decleration of love between two sporting idols
CLASSIC

The singiong was a but bleh, but I liked that sub-Depeche Mode synthy stuffs!!!!

Old Fart!!! (oldfart_sd), Thursday, 10 June 2004 13:10 (twenty-two years ago)

Definition of "singiong": Singing wot is a little bit meh!!!! As in the phrase: "The singiong was a bit bleh", which means "The singiong was a little bit meh and a bit bleh!!!!"!!!

Well, that's my excuse!!!!

"But" instead of "bit" was a spelling mistooky tho...

Yes! With ex-Rangers numpty Basile Boli, no less. I may be wrong, but I believe Ally C and/or Madchen might actually own a copy of this.

I used to have the 12" of Diamond Lights, but have no idea where it has gone. This saddens me for too many reasons.

I have to admit I bought this at the time. And Star Trekin. And No Sleep Till Bedtime (the Stutter Rap).

Jamie Fake (the pirate king), Thursday, 10 June 2004 17:40 (twenty-two years ago)

And Pump Up The Bitter, or did you flinch at "put Mrs Patel out"?

robin carmody (robin carmody), Thursday, 10 June 2004 22:19 (twenty-two years ago)

My mate has that - I don't remember that line though.

Which brings us to the Jim Bowen rap single, which ownz everything mentioned here although I've forgotten its title

It's better than 'Snooker loopy', but then what isn't.
