"(experimental)music", or "noise"?
"noise", or "noise(but with rock instruments)"?
I'd recommend anything on Chocolate Monk, Schimpfluch, Anomalous Records, Editions RZ, Cortical, Nur Nicht Nur, RRRecords, Saturn/Evidence, Selektion; anything by tENTATIVELY, A cONVENIENCE...or, get some recording equpiment and freak yourself out. Much less expensive in the long run, and better for your soul.

"space is no place" comps seconded. also the "old tyme lemonade" comp. those will keep you up to date on the northeast's noise rockerzzz.

Krautrock: can, ash ra tempel, amon duul II, faust, neu, etccccc.

if you like weird jazz and accordions, i suggest The Barnacled.

Stockhausen blows my mind. He may seem less groundbreaking today because he paved the way for so many, but I only had to hear a few of his pieces to know he was a genius.

someday her archive of live concerts will start coming out and people will out of nowhere realize she's one of the greatest electronic composers of the last 50 years

she's recovering from a stroke, wish her well
