Song I.D. - Clientele-ish pretty psyche-esque indie tune...

So I downloaded a bunch of songs from all these MP3 blogs, and I lost the sheet that had the corresponding titles and artists, and I can't figure out who the hell this song is by:

It's very wall-of-sound, washed out Clientele sounding anglo-pop.

It opens with the lyrics "Antique White Lace / A plastic face / a tinfoil place / an empty space / you're so hung up on yourself and nothing else..."

then leads into the chorus, which is really upbeat:

"I like to watch the rain / the power of my brain / the sunshine in the open road ahead of me"
