OK, here's the deal: I'm DJing tuesday night at First Avenue in Minneapolis, and I just found out that the theme of the night is "Songs which are not sung in English," or something like that. I've got a pretty good selection in my personal library, but I would appreciate suggestions for some surefire awesome non-English tracks I could download.

I Love Music, put your brains to work! Away!

'Bat Macumba' by Os Mutantes is possibly the best record ever made, but as the lyric consists of the title and a few yelps, it might not strictly count as 'foreign language', however exotic it is. 'A Minha Menina', half Pixies, half 'Sympathy for the Devil' could be more appropriate. How about 'L'Opportuniste' by Jacques Dutronc, or did someone mention that.
