from the house side of things you can find perfect for mixing(hell, meant for mixing) tracks like Birds and Bees, Percolator, How to Run a Train etc...
also look for the old Jive Rhythm Tracks compilations.
And there were tons of records that came out around 89-91 of house beats for mixing, with songs like "808 and freestyle bass" or "bass track"
