mainly for 'young throats', which sounds convincingly like it came from the sort of band that would wear neon and use rave-y synths and title a song something like 'young throats'

i thought they were still shambolic and twee live and instead they're more beefed-up than on record (countdown to "not hard": three, two ...) -- also zac pennington's schtick and camp is marvellous and he works a venue pretty well.
