I like parts of this album very much. Chakra's 'Lowdown Motivator' always reminded me of Spundaes on the hillside, happy early to mid 90's bay area.

Freaky Chakra's "Budded on Earth to Bloom in Heaven" is my favorite Toni Halliday guest appearance (yes, including the Leftfield).

Was this thread just cherry picking more enduring mid-90's West Coast electronica? If so, Spacetime Continuum's Emit Ecaps deserves some praise, although its definitely more in a FSOL w/ beats vein.
