I heard the 1st single/title track. My initial impression is that it's a vague anti-republican rant with a weak chorus. Oddly I find myself thinking a lot about the weird line where Billie Joe expresses hatred toward the "redneck agenda."
It seems more typical for anti-right wing message entertainment to be condescendingly elitist and blame the people in power, so that the people who support Bush are either not acknowledged or regarded as retarded children to be pitied. I can't think of too many examples, outside of Bill Hicks, of people taking shots at the willfully ignorant political mindset of the Nascar-set.
Although I know it's more wrong than right, I find the crude classism of it kind of bracing.
