I was trying to think who the Weller versh reminds me of and it's just hit me - Kenny Thomas! A man who seemingly constructed a whole career out of ruining soul classics.

The Urban Shakedown remix of the 88.3 version is the bestest.

I wonder what the largest number of acts is with "Urban" in their name which have appeared in the UK top 40 simultaneously? I think there may have been a time when Urban Shakedown, Urban Hype and Urban Cookie Collective were all in there, tho I may well be wrong.
