the song features group whistling, do doo do do do | do do doo do dooo, sort of like a warped and slowed down version of the tune whistled by boy/ girl scouts..

i heard it last night, i should know what it is, but i'm totally drawing a blank.

..anyone??

It's definitely Air. I don't think the "The Whistle Song" sounds sort of like a warped and slowed down version of the tune whistled by boy/ girl scouts.
